Shipping - Singapore
1. Normal Local Mail (Free)
- The items will be delivered within 3-5 working days.
- Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost items or packages as normal mail cannot be tracked by SingPost.
2. Registered Local Mail / SmartPac ($3.00)
- The items will be delivered within 2-3 working days to your doorstep or into your letterbox if no one is around to receive.
- We would strongly recommend this delivery option as your package will be trackable.
3. Courier Delivery Service ($10.00)
- The items will be delivered within 1-2 working days. We will contact you via email ASAP to finalize the delivery arrangements when we receive your order.
4. Express 24-hr Delivery Service ($20.00)
- We can provide express delivery services, as well as same-day delivery services. Please contact us to make arrangements before placing your order to ensure guaranteed delivery at your required time.
5. Accuracy of Information Provided
- Please ensure that the shipping information that you have provided (recipient's name, address and contact information) is accurate as we rely on it to provide accurate and timely deliveries and we cannot be held responsible for undelivered items due to incorrect information provided on the customer's part.
Shipping - International
- For all international orders, items will be sent out via registered post with an expected delivery date 3-10 business days from date of shipment.
- For products that are in-stock, we will guarantee same-day fulfilment and where possible, shipped out the same day. Free registered mail worldwide will be provided for all orders above S$60 / US$40 / AUD $42 / €29 / £25, else flat fee of S$6.80 / US$5.80 / AUD $5.80 / €3.80 / £3.50 applies.
- Prices listed do not include custom duties or taxes imposed in recepient's country.
- Express shipping is available via Fedex or DHL, please contact us for a quote.
- A tracking number will be provided for all international orders.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
